Eye Wrinkles Preventer and Wide Eye Opener



Have you ever heard the word crow's feet?The word describes eye wrinkles pattern just like a crow's feet.Those wrinkles appear outer side of the eye.This exercise focuses on prevention of crow's feet and giving you a wide open eyes as if a very young person.

Ok! lets do it.Place your fingers as in photo below.You should stretch your outer sides of the eyes by fingers and lift your muscles just above the nose upward by fingers. Then slowly try to close your eyes by lower eye lid as in photo above.You can take one second to close your eyes.Now do the eye closes for repetition of 30.After doing it hold the position as in photo above for another count of 30(half a minute).For better stretch your mouth also should adjust as in both photos.Do this twice a day and continue every single day..
