Face Slimmer



Do u have a wide face? Or you did not have a wide face 5 years ago and now you feel your face is too fat?Is there a way to slim your face? Is it possible?But Amazingly Answer is yes! you can slim your face in one week..This is how you do it.
Look at the picture below.Now place your palms tightly holding lower cheeks.Now you should slowly lift your palms while stretching the cheek muscles up, to a place where you can see in picture above.You must feel the burn on your lower cheeks.take 2 seconds to do a complete lift.Do these lifts for a repetition of 30 and hold the position like in picture above for count of 30(half a minute) .Do it twice a day.And continue it every day.This exercise will strengthen the cheek muscles either sides of the face and it will slim your face.
