How face exercises work?

Without knowing to the eye face muscle structure changes constantly, daily due to gradual elongation of the muscles responding to the gravity's pull. It is this gradual lengthening of the muscle tissues.
At 20, a face looks different than at 25 or 30, because the cheeks, the chin line, and or, eye-lids, have changed their position.They have slightly drooped down, The once youthfulness shifts downward, leaving hollowness at the top and fullness at the bottom of the face.The collapse of the upper cheek muscles alone may cause major aging appearance in the face.
Correction of such collapse contributes equally to a younger look, Every tiny millimeter increase in downward shifting of a muscle section announces the sum total of birthdays, Therefore, jt is not the skin,but the positioning of the muscle flesh beneath the skin, which portrays for the most part a woman's or a man's age.

Forehead Wrinkles Prevention


Any one wants to remove wrinkles of forehead?No mater what is your age.You may be in early 30's or late 20's or middle of 40's.Here is the first exercise.Look at the picture.Now adjust your face muscles and fingers just like in photo. See clearly...

1 Using your fingers stretching and holding the forehead muscles up.
2 Closing your eyes.
3 And opening your mouth just like in photo to give a nice stretch for forehead muscles.

Hold your position for 1 minute .When you do it ,you feel the slight burning of muscles involved.Do it twice a day.Continue it for two weeks.What will happen? Wow!!! all wrinkles of forehead are gone. believe me.What next? you got to continue it every day and have a wrinkle free forehead for rest of your life.
The exercise will strengthen the forehead muscles and all the sagging will be gone forever, given that you work out the exercise every day.

Mouth Corner Drop Prevention


When we reach our late 20's our mouth corners start to drop forming a permanent wrinkle ,starting from mouth corners to chin.This drop gives you a quite old look.

Here is the method.Look at the picture.
As in the picture adjust your lips giving lips comers a tension, which in turns gives you a slight burn from Orbicularis oris muscles around the mouth.Look at mouth corners and how they have pressed .
Hold this position for 1 minute or count of 60.Do it twice a day and continue it every day,until you get a nice shaped mouth like when you were so young.

Jaw Line Difiner



Have you seen most of people of age more than 28 having same problem of sagging jaw line?That is due to, fat accumulation under the jaw line ,neck and cheeks. Resulting chubby looking face and double chin.
Here is how to prevent sagging jaw line and give your face a sharp look.

What you have to do basically,is open your mouth as in second picture, one inch wide, while lips tucked inside your teeth.Then slowly close your mouth just like in picture one.Whole purpose is to give jaw muscles a stretch and a tension. To open and close mouth you can take 2 seconds.Repeat theses opens and closes for count of 60.
Do it twice a day and you will get a nicely defined sharp jaw line in 2,3 weeks.Continue it every day.

Sharp Eye Creator



When you get old,your eyes start to lose it's shape.Resulting sleepy eyes.Eyes will not open fuller as it was when you were young.Wrinkles start to appear under your eyes.Crow's feet occurs.Eye lids sag.

So this is how you Do it.Look at the photo below.Place fingers, as in photo around your eyes.Fingers which are above, should lift and stretch the eye brows and muscles just above the nose upwards.The fingers just below the eyes, should stretch the lower part of the eye muscles downwards.Do not exert high pressure on eyes.For better stretch you also need to adjust your mouth as in photos.

Now as in photo above you should slowly close your eyes mainly from lower eye lid.Take 1 second to close your eyes.Now repeat this open close sequence for repetition of 30 and after that tightly close your eyes just like in photo above for anther count of 30.

Do it twice a day.Within 2 weeks you should get younger sharp eyes without wrinkles around the eyes.Continue this every day.

Face Slimmer

Look at the picture below.Now place your palms tightly holding lower cheeks.Now you should slowly lift your palms while stretching the cheek muscles up, to a place where you can see in picture above.You must feel the burn on your lower cheeks.take 2 seconds to do a complete lift.Do these lifts for a repetition of 30 and hold the position like in picture above for count of 30(half a minute) .Do it twice a day.And continue it every day.This exercise will strengthen the cheek muscles either sides of the face and it will slim your face.

Eye Wrinkles Preventer and Wide Eye Opener



Have you ever heard the word crow's feet?The word describes eye wrinkles pattern just like a crow's feet.Those wrinkles appear outer side of the eye.This exercise focuses on prevention of crow's feet and giving you a wide open eyes as if a very young person.

Ok! lets do it.Place your fingers as in photo below.You should stretch your outer sides of the eyes by fingers and lift your muscles just above the nose upward by fingers. Then slowly try to close your eyes by lower eye lid as in photo above.You can take one second to close your eyes.Now do the eye closes for repetition of 30.After doing it hold the position as in photo above for another count of 30(half a minute).For better stretch your mouth also should adjust as in both photos.Do this twice a day and continue every single day..
